Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find my driver?
We offer two options for airport service. Please
choose one of the
following options.
1) Baggage claim. The driver will arrive at
baggage claim holding a sign
with the client’s name. This service is an
additional $10.00.
2) Curb side. The driver will pick you up
curb side outside of the
baggage claim area. After you pick up your luggage
go outside of baggage claim area and call 206-244-4422 with the door number you at driver will meet you promptly (usually within 2-5
minutes). This is the fastest and easiest option for the client.
When will you
charge my credit card?
We do not charge your credit card until trip is
completed.
Will I be charged
for waiting time?
There is a 10 minute grace
period after the scheduled pickup time, and a 45 minute grace period
after flight arrival time (at the airport). We monitor the status of all
commercial flights Once the grace period has elapsed additional fees are
charged at the rate of $15.00 per every ½ hour.
What is your
cancellation policy?
To avoid being charged you must cancel your
reservation no less than 12 hours prior to pickup time by e-mail, or 3
hours by phone.
If a cancellation
occurs less than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time, full fare
plus gratuity will be charged to the client.
What are your
hourly rates?
Hourly rates for any occasion:$50.00 per hour,
Minimum 2 hours.
What kinds of
cars do you drive?
All of our cars are 2002 - 2005 full size luxury
sedans that carry 1 - 5
passengers, such as Lincoln Towncars.
Does your rate
include a gratuity for the driver?
No, our rates are a flat company rate and do not
include the standard
20% gratuity for the driver.
Are your rates
per person or per car?
Unlike airport shuttle services or taxis, our
rates are per car. The rate does not change based on the number of
passengers.
Lost or Damaged Items:
GoldStar Towncar and its Affiliates
are not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or
damaged. GoldStar Towncar reserves the right to charge a delivery fee
for returning lost items if found. GoldStar Towncar, Affiliates and
their Drivers will assist with luggage at a client's request, but assume
no liability for doing so.
No Show Policy:
No show reservations will be charged the full trip
plus any waiting time. Please call us at 1-877-800-6005 or
1-206-244-4422 to avoid being billed as a no show.
What Payment Method do you accept?:
We accept all major credit cards, travelers'
checks, cashiers checks, cash, and service corporate accounts.
Termination of any reservation:
GoldStar Towncar reserves the right to
terminate any reservation at any time in the best interest of customer
safety, driver safety, vehicle safety, and federal/state/local laws.
What is your Privacy Policy?:
GoldStar Towncar and it's Affiliates
reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested
services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with
our rates, terms and policies. GoldStar Towncar and its Affiliates' do
not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to
any outside third parties.
