Some charges may be incurred during the performance
of the trip(s) and may include but are not limited to:
1. Early/late hour fees (from 11:30pm to 04:30am)
extra $10.00
2. Extra stops
3. Tolls and parking
4. Waiting time charges
For ANY CANCELLATION of any reservations, we need a
minimum of 3 hours advanced notice; otherwise the
account will be charged for the FULL amount of the
trip. A 20% automatic gratuity is added to each
charge.
Any "No Show" (i.e. reservation not cancelled
properly) will be charged to the account with 20%
gratuity
Wait Time Policy: There is a 10 minute grace period
after the scheduled pickup time, and a 30 minute
grace period after flight arrival time (at the
airport). We monitor the status of all commercial
flights Once the grace period has elapsed
additional
waiting time will be calculated in increments 15
minutes at the vehicle's hourly rate plus 20%
